1. Orders you buy from a shop
Orders on Shopy.krd are cash on delivery. This gives you a natural protection:
- Inspect at the door. You pay only when the order arrives, so if it is wrong, damaged, or not as described, you can refuse it and pay nothing.
- After you accept and pay, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled by the individual shop under its own terms. Each shop is the seller and is responsible for its own returns.
If something is wrong with an order, contact the shop first (by phone or WhatsApp from your order). Shopy.krd is not the seller and does not process payments, but if you cannot reach a shop or need help, contact us and we will try to assist. See the Terms for how orders work.
Shop owners: you must set a clear returns/refund policy for your customers and honour it, along with any consumer rights that apply to your sales.
2. The platform subscription (merchants)
- The free plan costs nothing, with no end date. It covers up to 30 orders a month, storefront and dashboard together. There is no card to give us and no trial to run out.
- Above that the fee is $10 per month. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the shop returns to the free plan rather than closing.
- Fees already paid for an elapsed or current period are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
To cancel or ask about a subscription, contact us — the same channel you use for renewals.
